Terms and Conditions for $200 Deposit on Slick Barrier Pro Installation
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your installation appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the installation.
Discount Offer: Upon payment of the deposit, customers will receive a 25% discount off the total installation price. This discount is applicable only to the installation portion and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance after the deposit and discount must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the scheduled installation.
Cancellation Policy: If the customer cancels the installation appointment after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded. If the installation is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit can be applied to the new installation date.
Installation Scheduling: The installation date will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Customers will be notified of any changes to the installation schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
Final Approval: The final installation price will be confirmed on-site prior to the commencement of work. Any additional work requested will be subject to additional charges.
Liability Waiver: By paying the deposit, the customer agrees to release Slick Barrier Pro from any liability related to the installation process, including but not limited to any damage to the property that may occur during the installation.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.
Acceptance of Terms: Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
